FACILITY GUIDELINES / General notes

ALL FACILITIES:
Only players, coaches, and game personnel on the field/track. All spectators must be outside of the fence.

No pets allowed.

No photographers allowed on the field during the games. Filming games allowed from stands only / videos cannot be used for scouting purposes unless agreed to by opposing coaches beforehand.

There could be a gate fee for all spectators ($5 a household, $2 adults, $1 12 and under). CYO does not collect gate money but facilities may collect to offset operational costs.

No alcohol allowed.
There is no smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping etc. of any kind allowed.

No parking on grass
Please clean up your trash
Rockhurst:

Do not use the practice football field that is right behind the Hawklet Center (The Hawklet Center is the building to the west of the main football field).
Do not use the small parking lot by the American Flag pole. It is for Rockhurst employees and Rockhurst coaches only.
Teams are allowed to use the practice field up by the main school building that has no fence.
The main parking lot to the north of the football field, the parking spots on the hill, and the main parking lot by the school building are options for CYO fans and coaches.

St. James Academy:
No outside food or drink

No parking in the back of the school or along Claire Road. You will be ticketed and/or towed by the City of Lenexa.
NO Pets allowed inside the stadium, unless it is a certified service animal.
Grills and smokers of any kind are not allowed on campus.
The parking lot to the North of the stadium will primarily be handicap accessible only and reserved parking for special guests (like the Archbishop).
Clear Bag Policy: We will not require Clear Bags this year.
Drink Cups: We will still allow only clear water bottles. No Drink Cups, Casey Cups, or refillable water bottles.
Opening the Gates: We will continue to wait to open the gates at 5:30 p.m. instead of 5:00 p.m. Attendance patterns show that few fans arrive early, and after reviewing policies at other area high schools, 5:30 p.m. is a more common and effective opening time.
Outside Sports Balls: Still, no outside balls of any kind will be permitted inside the stadium. This includes footballs, basketballs, tennis balls, volleyballs, etc. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Unsupervised kids: We have had many unsupervised kids of all ages, especially middle school and later elementary-aged kids, at our games. While I love seeing their passion for St. James Academy, their behavior at the games has at times been disruptive. We would appreciate your help supervising your kids throughout the game to maintain a safe, family-friendly atmosphere by the concession stand and the open area at the stadium entrance.

Bishop Miege:

No tents

No Chairs

St. Pius:
Gates will not open until 8:30am. If teams want to warm up before then they can access the grass practice field.

St. Thomas Aquinas:

Pre Game warmup is allowed on the track interior field if it is available.  No one is allowed on the baseball field.
The Home Team side is always on the side of the Press Box.
Players, Coaches, Officials and CYO game workers are the only ones allowed on the field for safety reasons.
St. Joe:
If you would like to purchase SJO entry tickets online:
HomeTown Tickets website.
