CYO Scholarship Program
Note - complete registration prior to applying for a scholarship. Do not pay at the time of registration, indicate that you will be paying by check.
The Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) believes that every child deserves the opportunity to participate in youth sports. With this in mind, we are proud to offer the Participant Scholarship Program for families in need of financial assistance. Through the generosity of our sponsors and contributions to our Solidarity Fund, we are able to offer scholarships that defer the cost of registration and fees for CYO activities.
Please register the participant(s) and indicate that you will be paying by check. Complete the scholarship application and submit for consideration. If you are awarded a scholarship, the balance owed will be reduced by the scholarship amount and if there is a remaining balance, you can log back in and make payment for the reduced amount. In order to apply for a Participant Scholarship, a parent/guardian of the participant must submit a completed Participant Scholarship Application that is available by clicking here. Please note that the final page is the "Director of Sports Ministry recommendation form, which must be completed by your parish Director of Sports Ministry. These forms must be submitted to the CYO Office no later than the following deadline (listed by sport):
