CYO Officials Evaluation
CYO expects the highest level of professionalism from officials and holds all officials to a high standard in their work and communication with participants and coaches. Thus, we have created an online form for submitting evaluations of officials for CYO sports. This form is designed as a place where Athletic Directors, Coaches, Parents and other spectators can provide feedback on the performance of our officials. Consistent with our Catholic mission, we ask that all evaluations be honest and considerate, keeping in mind that each official is worthy of the respect and dignity due to all people. Thank you for taking time to provide feedback, we appreciate your participation in CYO!
