ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
ATTENTION PARENTS /GUARDING OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTSIf you are planning to have your parent or guarding register you on line, because you are planning to participate in the CYO High School Girls Volleyball or the CYO High School Girls or Boys Basketball program please do not have your parent or guarding register you with the CYO until you know for sure which parish/school is going the sponsor your team. In order for the system to work correctly you will need to have the correct school indicated in the drop down (school participating with). Indicating the correct parish / school will provide the correct information for the parish / school sponsoring your team.
Registration Information
Beginning with the 2007-2008 school year the CYO is implementing an on line registration system for all participants in our program.
The purpose of on line registration is two fold. We need to have the “Parent Release Form” on file. It will be done electronically. The second benefit is to each parish a ready made data base to make up team rosters. We have changed our web host in order to acquire a secure socket link.
There is a $20.00 registration fee for each student participating. The reason for the fee is to help eliminate non participants from being added to the CYO registration program. Completion of the registration form and acceptance a credit card payment will register your student with the CYO Office. If you have more than one student participating in the sports program, you will have to repeat the process for each student.
PLEASE NOTE: This does not sign your student up for a team in a parish . It will not pay the sport fee for your student to participate. You will need to register your student in your CYO parish programs and pay the sports fee.
You may or may not be aware that a portion of your fee that you pay your parish is forwarded to the CYO Office to administer the area wide sports programs. The fee schedule has been reduced $10.00 for each sport program. This is done to offset the one time $20.00 registration fee. The Missouri parishes that participate in football ONLY will have a $17.00 football fee reduction. The High School Programs Team Fee is reduced proportional to off set the one time $20.00 registration fee.
